KiCad BOM management

KiCad 4 now uses a plugin system for managing the bill of materials. Here are some assorted tips.

• In (Debian-based?) Linux, sample BOM plugin files are in /usr/lib/kicad/plugins/.
• A standalone BOM manager for KiCad.
